Our company is owned and operated by CozAbode Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered business. We ship worldwide.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free international shipping to most countries. Please note that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are covered by us.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–14 working days. Custom pieces may require additional time.

Will I be charged import duties or taxes?
Possibly. Import duties, customs taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and depend on your country’s laws.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and certificates intact. Please note, personalized or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

How do I request a return?
Email us at support@kronjuvel.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions to make the process easy.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! For exchanges such as size or style swaps, please return your original item following the return process, then place a new order for the replacement. We will cover the shipping cost to send your exchanged item to you. You will only be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item.

Who pays for return postage?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover all return postage fees.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

How is my personal data used?
We use your information to fulfil orders, offer personalised experiences, and communicate with you. We never sell your data.
