ORDERS & SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days and arrive within 7–14 business days. Custom pieces may require additional time.

Will I be charged import duties or taxes?
Possibly. Import duties, customs taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and depend on your country's laws.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not returnable unless defective.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
