We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders that appear fraudulent or violate our policies.

All prices are listed in your selected currency and do not include international taxes, duties, or customs fees unless otherwise specified.

4. Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally. Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

  • We cover all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes imposed by your country. This means you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the total price for your order, with no hidden costs.

  • We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kronjuvel piece. If you’re not completely satisfied:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Personalized or custom pieces are not returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or faulty item).

  • For exchanges (such as size or style swaps), please return your original item and place a new order. We cover shipping costs to send your exchanged item to you—you only pay for the return shipping of the original.
