Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, certificates, and labels intact.
Personalized, bespoke, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at support@kronjuvel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with easy-to-follow instructions for your return.

3. Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when we have made an error (such as sending the wrong or a faulty item).
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to protect your return.

4. Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We want you to love your Kronjuvel jewelry! For exchanges (such as size or style swaps), please return your original item following the above process and place a new order for the replacement.
Good news: We cover the shipping cost to send your exchanged item back to you! You will only be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos at support@kronjuvel.com.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
